Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your support. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and timelines for processing.

1) Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are not provided for voluntary donations that were successfully processed, except as above.

3) Processing Timelines

We’ll notify you by email once a refund is approved and initiated.

4) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is raised directly with your bank or card issuer, we may contact you or the bank for details. Resolving chargebacks can take additional time; providing documents promptly helps speed things up.
