🧠 Mann Ki Baat
Mental wellness is as important as physical health. We aim to create a safe space for open conversations and healing.
Our Key Initiatives:
- 💬 Counseling sessions for individuals & families
- 🎤 Awareness workshops on mental health
- 🤝 Support groups & peer listening
- 📢 Breaking the stigma campaigns
🧠 Our Campaign: Mann Ki Baat — Let’s Talk Mental Health
Why “Mann Ki Baat”? Because sharing what’s on our mind can be the first step to feeling better.
Many people silently face anxiety, exam stress, family pressures, grief, or depression—often without support or
language to express it. We’re building an environment where it’s okay to ask for help.
